Baptism and Marriage Information Forms
**Baptism - A short course of study on the Sacrament must be taken before the baptism of your first child. We recommend that you schedule at least 2 months in advance.
**Marriage - Couples are to notify the parish at least EIGHT months prior to the wedding date. A marriage course approved by the
Diocese of St. Cloud must be taken.
